Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This dairy free, gluten free smoothie tastes more like a milkshake with all the health benefits of a smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Elmhurst cashew milk
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • a few slices of frozen cucumber

  • chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Start by blending all ingredients besides the chocolate chips
  • Once smooth, add chocolate chips, blend until in small pieces
  • Pour and enjoy
