Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
This dairy free, gluten free smoothie tastes more like a milkshake with all the health benefits of a smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup Elmhurst cashew milk
- 1/4-1/2 tsp mint extract
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- a few slices of frozen cucumber

- chocolate chips
Start by blending all ingredients besides the chocolate chips
Once smooth, add chocolate chips, blend until in small pieces
Pour and enjoy
