
When I am needing my sweet fix but also a nourishing meal, I make my mint chocolate chip smoothie. Seriously tastes just like a mint chocolate chip shake from the ice cream shop but WAY better for you and filled with lots of good stuff. Here’s my recipe for this gluten free, vegan smoothie:

Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
This dairy free, gluten free smoothie tastes more like a milkshake with all the health benefits of a smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup Elmhurst cashew milk
- 1/4-1/2 tsp mint extract
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- a few slices of frozen cucumber
- unflavored protein powder I use either Further Food Collagen PEACEOFGFCAKE10 or Nuzest Clean Lean natural protein (use code PEACEOFGFCAKE for 15% off)
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Start by blending all ingredients besides the chocolate chips
- Once smooth, add chocolate chips, blend until in small pieces
- Pour and enjoy
