
I am going to keep this post short and SWEET! I make this dairy free, gluten free smoothie when I am craving a clean, healthy treat! Sometimes a gal needs dessert for dinner. Here’s what’s in my smoothie:
Ingredients
- one frozen banana
- cashew milk (1/4 cup – 1/2 cup)
- 2 scoops vanilla Nuzest protein powder (code PEACEOFGFCAKE for 15% off!)
- 1/2 frozen cucumber ( yep cucumber in this cookie smoothie and you can’t even taste it)
- blend all ingredients and top with Enjoy Life chocolate chips and Kinnikinnick vanilla wafers for some CRUNCH
