Healthy Caramel Frappuccino (dairy free, refined sugar-free)

This healthy version of a Starbucks Caramel frappuccino is a must for this summer heat! Before my Celiac Disease diagnosis, I enjoyed the occasional caramel frappuccino as a treat; however, after being diagnosed I found that caramel flavor contains gluten ! Plus they are LOADED with sugar- so now they are definitely a no go for me. So that’s where this 3 ingredient copycat caramel frappuccino recipe comes in handy! To get the caramel flavor, I used nutpods caramel creamer from their Cafe Collection pack and it was PERFECTION. Their products are part of my morning coffee, smoothies, and baked goods. It is seriously such a versatile ingredient for me!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1/4 cup nutpods caramel creamer (PEACEOFGFCAKE 15% off)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth
  2. Add toppings of choice ! I used So Delicious whipped cream and sprinkles (not refined sugar-free)
