Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

When I am needing my sweet fix but also a nourishing meal, I make my mint chocolate chip smoothie. Seriously tastes just like a mint chocolate chip shake from the ice cream shop but WAY better for you and filled with lots of good stuff. Here’s my recipe for this gluten free, vegan smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup Elmhurst cashew milk

1/4-1/2 tsp mint extract

1-2 handfuls of spinach

a few slices of frozen cucumber

unflavored protein powder I use either Further Food Collagen (PEACEOFGFCAKE10) or Nuzest Clean Lean natural protein (use code PEACEOFGFCAKE for 15% off)
